StrikeFlow (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a tool for tracking covered call portfolios. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using StrikeFlow, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

a. Portfolio and User Data

• StrikeFlow does not collect any portfolio or trade information. All user input data (calls, shares, premiums, portfolio stats, etc.) is stored locally on your device and remains private and secure.

b. Anonymous Usage Data

• We only collect anonymous data for app improvement, such as the number of portfolios created, calls sold, or feature usage. This data cannot be traced back to you personally.

c. Third-Party Services

• MailerLite for email collection (if you opt in).
• Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous usage tracking and crash reporting.
• Any future analytics or crash reporting services will also only collect anonymous, non-identifiable data, and users will be informed.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To improve and maintain the app.
• To analyze anonymous usage data and detect bugs or crashes.
• To communicate updates or newsletters if you opt in.

We do not sell or share your portfolio or personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All portfolio and user input data is stored locally on your device.
• Emails are stored securely by MailerLite.
• We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure.

4. Children’s Privacy

StrikeFlow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your Rights

• You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.
• You may delete or modify your portfolio and custom app data locally on your device.

Terms of Service – StrikeFlow

StrikeFlow (“StrikeFlow,” “we,” “our,” or “the App”) is an informational application designed to help users track covered call positions and related portfolio data. By using StrikeFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Informational Use Only – No Advice

StrikeFlow is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. StrikeFlow does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the App constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security or financial instrument.

All trading and financial decisions are made solely at your own risk.

2. Accuracy of Data & Calculations

StrikeFlow relies on user-entered information and, where applicable, imported third-party data. While we strive for reasonable accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, calculations, alerts, or outputs.

All values, metrics, and performance figures displayed in the App are estimates only and should be independently verified.

3. Third-Party & Broker Data

StrikeFlow may support importing or syncing data from third-party services or brokerage platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party or broker-provided data.

Imported data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or formatted inconsistently, and StrikeFlow is not liable for errors arising from such data.

4. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for verifying all trade details, premiums, expiration dates, assignments, fees, and outcomes.
• You acknowledge that market conditions, early assignments, execution differences, and taxes may cause actual results to differ.
• You agree not to rely exclusively on StrikeFlow for trading or financial decisions.

5. Assumption of Risk

Options trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of capital. By using StrikeFlow, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with trading and portfolio management.

6. No Warranties

StrikeFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikeFlow and its developer shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses or lost profits
• Incorrect calculations or data errors
• Reliance on information provided by the App
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

In no event shall StrikeFlow’s total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Subscriptions, Lifetime Access & Service Availability

StrikeFlow may offer subscription plans and/or one-time “lifetime” purchases. Subscriptions grant access only for the active billing period and do not guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual service.

“Lifetime access” refers to access for the lifetime of the StrikeFlow service, not the lifetime of the user. StrikeFlow does not guarantee that the App or any feature will be available indefinitely.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion of its services at any time, including during an active subscription period or after a lifetime purchase.

Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, StrikeFlow is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or compensation for discontinued services, feature changes, or service interruptions.

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s billing and refund policies.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Except for claims eligible for small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to StrikeFlow or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

10. International Users

StrikeFlow is offered globally. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
